FRANCISCAN GARDEN

On September 30th, 2012 the All Saints Franciscan Garden was officially dedicated and became a permanent fixture on the campus of All Saints.

What started as a small vision of a few dedicated parishioners, school families and Father Kent, has blossomed into a community space we can all be so very blessed to be a part of.

The mission of the garden is to offer benefits for our school and parish community to provide fresh produce for our outreach ministries; opportunities in earth literacy and stewardship; an experience of physical as well as spiritual renewal; and a deep sense of community.

A gift of land was bestowed upon our parish here at All Saints Catholic Church. Pope Francis says we shall be good stewards of the earth. We have taught our children of All Saints Catholic School to grow and harvest food so that they may go forth and feed the hungry.
